All products sold by Amino Formulations are for laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, or therapeutic agents. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, and must not be administered to humans or animals under any circumstances. By purchasing, you confirm you are acquiring these products solely for laboratory research purposes.
3. Eligibility
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from this Site. You must be legally permitted to receive research chemicals in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local, regional, and national laws.
4. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, prices, and technical information are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free. Reference to peer-reviewed literature is provided for educational context and does not constitute a health claim.
5. Orders and Pricing
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Orders are accepted at our discretion, and we reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to compliance concerns, suspected fraud, or product availability.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon dispatch from our facility.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Products that arrive damaged or fail purity certification will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amino Formulations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amino Formulations, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or damages arising from your misuse of our products, including use outside of qualified laboratory research settings.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
